We look at the deep core line- the myofascial train of the so-called inner body lift- an actual myofascial train starting at the soul of your feet, travelling up your inner upper leg, through the pelvic floor, diaphragm, around the heart into the base of the neck. So that is how the sole is structurally connected to your pelvic floor and your breath.

We continue covering all four sides of the mid-body: the pelvic floor, diaphragm, psoas complex, the abdominals and how they affect one another.
