Chris Chavez Live in Zurich

 

1. Organizer & Scope 

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to the event Chris Chavez Live in Zurich, organized by Stefanie Castson. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration & Payment 
  •  Registration is completed via the event website and is binding.
  •  Payment must be made in advance. Attendance is not permitted without prior payment.
  •  Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all event details.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  •  All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 
  •  A refund will only be issued in case of illness or injury, and only with a valid doctor’s note.
  •  If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the instructor, force majeure), participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled date.
  •  No refunds will be issued for personal scheduling conflicts or other non-medical reasons.
4. Event Location & Schedule 
  •  The event will take place at VVOO Yoga Studio, Dufourstrasse 90, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland.
  •  The full event schedule is available on the website and in the booking confirmation.
  •  The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
5. Liability Disclaimer 
  •  Participation in the event is at your own risk.
  •  The organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising before, during, or after the event.
  •  Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the classes.
  •  The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Conduct & Event Policies 
  •  Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other attendees.
  •  The organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone who disrupts the event or violates these terms. No refund will be issued in such cases. 
7. Data Protection & Privacy 
  •  Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event administration.
  •  Data will not be shared with third parties.
  •  Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing or documentation purposes. By attending, you agree that images of you may be used for these purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizer in advance.
8. Changes to Terms 
  • The organizer reserves the right to update these terms if necessary. The latest version will always be available on the event website.
